Leading a philanthropic organisation’s education endeavours, Vignesh is acutely aware of the challenges faced by policy makers in ensuring that access to quality education is equitable and promote social mobility. Before joining The HEAD Foundation, Vignesh was a researcher at the Lee Kuan Yew of Public Policy where he tried to understand how the application of cognitive psychology and behavioural economics in the design and implementation of policy can aid policy makers in achieving their desired outcomes. Vignesh has a Masters in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS and a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the Singapore Management University.
