Dr. Vivian Wei Cheng is a registered Singapore Patent Attorney and a qualified Chinese Patent Attorney. Vivian heads the Patent and Industrial Design Group at JurisAsia LLC, a Singapore law firm exclusively associated with Gowling WLG. She has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications domestically and in foreign jurisdictions, as well as providing business-focused strategic advice on intellectual property (IP) portfolio and risk management, as well as litigation support.
