M. Ibnur Rashad is Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Grounds Up Innovation Lab for Development (GUILD). A pioneer in Singapore’s social innovation sector, he has been on a mission to develop youths to tackle the UN Sustainable Development Goals through a dynamic blend of technology, education & sustainability. Over the last 17 years, he has been at the forefront of innovation & strategy, collaborating with esteemed organizations such as HDB, MHA, L'Oreal, UOB, ESSEC Business School, ETH Zurich, NUS & NTU. His expertise spans a wide range of topics from Design Thinking to Social Entrepreneurship to Futures Thinking to Robotics to Healthcare Policy, across the 3P (Public, Private, People) sectors. As an ardent educator, Ibnur strongly believe in the transformative power of invention to enable sustainable living & foster positive community impact. His advocacy extends to promoting STEAM education in schools & equipping educators with the skills they need to be effective STEAM instructors.
