Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development
The Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development (AIBD) is a regional intergovernmental organisation established in 1977 under the auspices of UNESCO to support electronic media development across the UN-ESCAP region. Hosted by the Government of Malaysia and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, AIBD works closely with governments, public service broadcasters, media organisations, academia, and industry partners.
