ShuFen leads the Enterprise Mobility and IoT unit at Singtel Singapore Enterprise, overseeing Product and Business Development for mobility solutions. She's responsible for bringing to market the Open Gateway APIs for Singtel and leading the business development and inter-MNO federation. With over 20 years of experience in Singaporean Telcos, she has driven platform transformations for digital customer experiences.

During a six-year break from her corporate career, she founded a marketplace start-up in Southeast Asia focused on C2C connectivity sharing via digital currency, exiting in 2021. ShuFen was named the SG Top 100 Women in Tech in 2020 by IMDA and Singapore Computer Society, she is certified in AI Ethics and Governance. She mentors early-stage start-ups, as a commercial adviser for the NUS Enterprise Graduate Research Innovation Programme.
